As a Quality Engineer
I hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Co-op from the University of Windsor, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in product design, analysis, and simulation using Siemens NX software. I also have multiple certifications in Computer-Aided Designing (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) from DesignTech Systems. Not only that, but I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and knowledge to create innovative and efficient solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
As a Quality Assurance Manager at The NARMCO Group, I lead a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and processes. I oversee the development and implementation of quality standards, policies, and procedures, as well as the testing, inspection, and validation of our components. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any quality issues, conduct audits, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
